Running – curved treadmill
Running – curved treadmill is self-powered, so effort rises the moment you push harder. Many athletes notice it encourages a quicker cadence and a more active drive compared to a motorized belt.
Instructions
Step onto the curved treadmill and start walking forward to initiate belt movement. Gradually increase speed by driving the legs backward into the belt. Maintain an upright posture, relaxed shoulders, and quick, light steps. Control speed through effort rather than buttons. Slow down gradually before stopping.
Avoid Common Mistakes
• overstriding or landing too far in front of the body
• leaning too far forward or backward
• excessive tension in shoulders and arms
• starting too fast without proper warm-up
