These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of Team 42’s website, programs, memberships, coaching services, training plans, content, and related communications (the “Services”). “Team 42”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Team 42 L.L.C-FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (or the entity stated on your invoice).

2) Acceptance

By purchasing, enrolling, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

3) Eligibility

• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• If you are under the legal age in your country, you must have parental or guardian consent.
• We may refuse or terminate access if information is false or misuse is suspected.

4) Health, safety, and medical disclaimer

The Services are for fitness and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. You must consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any training program.

You participate in all training at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for your health, safety, and physical condition. Team 42 is not responsible for any injuries, health issues, accidents, or damages that may occur during or after using the Services.

Stop training immediately and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, or any abnormal symptoms.

5) Scope of Services

Services may include training plans, coaching, messaging support, group chats, educational materials, and integrations with third-party tools. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.

6) Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Train within your limits and adapt to conditions.
• Provide accurate information about your fitness and health.
• Use proper equipment and safe environments.
• Follow local laws and safety rules.

7) Communication and support

• Support may be provided via messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp) or third-party tools.
• Responses are not guaranteed instantly and are provided within reasonable business hours.
• Support is subject to fair and reasonable use.

8) Pricing, taxes, and payments

• Prices are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers. Their terms apply.
• We may request additional verification to prevent fraud.

9) Refunds and cancellations

Group programs: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the program has not been significantly used.

Personal coaching and individual services: All sales are final and non-refundable.

After access to digital content or programs has been provided, refunds are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension and recovery of costs.

10) Program changes and pauses

• We may adjust training plans based on schedule changes (e.g., race rescheduling).
• Pauses are not guaranteed and depend on the program and circumstances.

11) Community rules

You must behave respectfully in all community spaces. We may remove content or restrict access for harmful or inappropriate behavior.

12) Intellectual property

All materials, plans, and content belong to Team 42. You may use them for personal use only. You may not copy, share, distribute, or resell any materials without permission.

13) Third-party services

We are not responsible for third-party platforms or services. Your use of them is at your own risk.

14) No guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results, including race times, performance improvements, or injury prevention. Results vary for each individual.

15) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team 42 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services within the last 3 months.

16) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Team 42 harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

17) Privacy and contact consent

We process your data to provide Services. By using the Services, you consent to this processing. Do not share sensitive information you do not want processed.

If you provide your email address and/or phone number (including WhatsApp), you consent to Team 42 contacting you about your registration, checkout completion, service updates, and reasonable follow-up related to your inquiry or purchase. You can request to stop non-essential communications at any time by contacting us.

18) International users

If you access the Services from outside the UAE, you are responsible for complying with local laws. Some rights may vary depending on your country.

19) Changes to Terms
